Meet the Team
Kaitlyn Seguin MS, RD, LDN
Kaitlyn knew she wanted to be a dietitian her freshman year of high school after helping her mom develop healthier habits and lose weight. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, followed by a dietetic internship and a Master of Science in Dietetics at Sam Houston State University.
For most of her childhood, Kaitlyn struggled with severe constipation and bloating. She did not get the support she needed from her doctor and learned how to improve her gut health on her own. Now, she absolutely loves helping people poop every day! (Yes, you should be going daily.)
Kaitlyn started Family Nutrition Solutions in 2022 after moving to Wilmington. She is continuing her education in gut health and functional medicine through the Gut Honest Truth Academy to continue to provide the best care for her patients.Â
Beyond her love for nutrition, Kaitlyn is the mother of two amazing girls. You can find them dancing in the kitchen on the daily.

Lindsey Dubas RD, LDN, IFNCP
Lindsey has been a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist for over 10 years and received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Secondary in Gerontology from Kansas State University.Â
Lindsey is an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner and is passionate about helping guide her clients to feel optimally inside and out, by focusing on sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes. Taking an individualized, root-cause approach with the clients she works with is very important, as there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution to health and nutrition!
Beyond being a dietitian, Lindsey enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, music, yoga, reading, and time in nature exploring whether by hiking, biking, paddling, or campervan trips.
