Insurances accepted at FNS:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • United Healthcare
  • Aetna, including the SHP and Meritain
  • Cigna

We provide complimentary eligibility checks for all of our patients before your first appointment. We will reach out prior to your first appointment with your coverage details.

For most of our tests, patients must complete an Initial Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment with an FNS dietitian before their dietitian is able to order a test or review results.

Once the test results are in, you will book a lab review appointment with your dietitian to review your results and receive your treatment protocol.

Initial Assessment and Lab Review appointments are not included in the cost of the lab test, but can be covered by insurance. The out-of-pocket fee for a 60-minute lab review appointment is $150.

Visit our Functional Lab Testing page for more information about lab testing options.
